The value for money at this hotel was great and the room was comfortable with a separate toilet that was very convenient. The location was perfect, right in the center near the market and canal, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel breakfast could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

We had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! The owner, Vincent, was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The staff reflected his approach and were a joy to deal with. The hotel is in a key location, just a short walk from all the interesting places in the city. We loved the fact that our bicycles were stored in a safe area and that the hotel is right in the center of town, close to all the sights and restaurants. Vincent and his colleague, Claire, were incredibly helpful, providing us with information and recommendations for places to visit.
There really wasn't anything to dislike about this hotel. If I had to nitpick, I would say that the coffee could have been better, but that's a minor issue.

The bathrooms are quite small.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Narbonne, and I must say the location was perfect. The hotel was right across the street from the beautiful food market, making it convenient to explore and try local produce. It was also just off the main bridge in Narbonne, so it was easy to get around. The hotel was very close to restaurants on the canal side, and I particularly enjoyed dining at an excellent small restaurant called L'Entretemps. The room was bright and airy, and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided outstanding service and gave helpful advice on places to visit and eat. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of fresh and local options.
That the reception was only open for part of the evening, but there was a solution provided.
